You know something's right when a toddler spots their coach a hundred meters away and starts saying "coach 'cis, coach 'cis" with a big smile ! Better even, when they replay for an hour what they've done during training once there are back home !! Brilliant coaching as usual !

Coach Daniel is fantastic - in a group of kids, some will be more motivated than others on a given day: coach Daniel will always find ways to get all of them engaged at their own pace, feeling welcomed and having fun. A few decades of training between both parents have taught us that there is no "one weird trick" for fitness and athleticism, except this one: consistency. And the surest path to consistency is enjoyment. Coach Daniel and Jake deliver just that. We have had days where the kids did not want to go. We have never had days when they did not want to go back. And we are super grateful for that.
