補堂券只適用於以下情況，並需要提供相應證明文件：
A) 醫療缺席，需要出示有效嘅醫生證明。
B) 學校面試，有適當嘅文件支持。
C) 旅行，由旅行機票支持。
D) 學生生日（喺上堂嘅確切日期）。
要申請休假，請喺應用程式上入面按照以下步驟操作：My Bookings > Upcoming Class > Cancel Class > Request Leave > Submit supporting document。
其他活動，包括親戚生日、遊樂園郊遊同學校表演等，將唔符合獲得補堂券嘅資格。
每個補堂券代表 1 個小時課堂或假日營時間，有效期自缺席課堂之日起28天。補堂券可以用喺任何 Minisport場地嘅單次課堂同假日營，無論教練係邊個，無論星期幾，只要符合年齡段就可以。
任何學生喺上堂開始後 20 分鐘內表示自己冇上堂，就算出示醫生紙都唔會收到補堂券。
請注意，呢啲條款同條件由 2026 年 1 月起生效。
除咗「缺席並附有效證明文件」所概述嘅原因之外，冇任何學生因為任何其他原因而缺席，都唔會有資格獲得補堂券。
如果要申請取消，請喺應用程式入面按照以下步驟操作：My Bookings > Upcoming Class > Cancel Class > Cancel。
全學期入學轉換申請
若申請喺成個學期內轉至完全唔同嘅課堂，香港Minisport 管理團隊可酌情決定係咪提供協助，並且唔施加任何處罰。呢類申請會逐案評估，並視乎名額而定。
1.5－3.5歲嘅小朋友喺課堂期間必須有成人陪同。 6歲及以下小朋友喺公共場所參加嘅所有課堂，監護人必須陪同。
Hot Weather: Where a Very Hot Weather Warning is in force and a session proceeds under optional attendance, guardians in attendance are responsible for monitoring their own child's comfort and wellbeing throughout the session, including ensuring their child rests and hydrates during scheduled breaks. Guardians should inform the coach immediately if their child shows any signs of heat-related discomfort.
Minisport may use photos or videos taken during classes for use in promotional material and on our website. These photos or videos will not be passed onto third parties. If you do not wish us to use photos or videos that include your children, you can select this option in your child's profile via the Minisport App.
Note that only one Guardian per student is able to attend at the Minisport Hub (Caine Road).
無論係常規課程定係試聽課程，都要至少有 2 個學生報名先可以開課。只有 1 個學生報名嘅課堂將唔會進行。
如果家長報名參加嘅課程只有佢 1 個人參加，佢哋會透過香港Minisport應用程式同電郵收到通知，告知佢哋該堂或者成個學期嘅課堂已經被取消。
喺呢種情況下，補堂券會發放到佢哋嘅香港Minisport應用程式賬戶。
喺某啲情況下，可能有多個學生報名參加咗 1 個課堂，但若係香港 Minisport 無法控制嘅因素（例如，其他學生缺席），只有 1 個學生參加。喺呢種情況下， 1 對 1 課堂嘅持續時長係40分鐘，而唔係每週常規學期課堂標準嘅50分鐘。
如果出現八號颱風信號（或更高）、黑色暴雨信號（除非喺預定課堂開始前 1 個鐘降低）或其他惡劣天氣情況，課堂將會取消。補堂券將會喺取消後發放。
對於室內場地，課堂將會喺所有其他天氣條件下進行，除非有特定場地嘅政策禁止課堂進行。如果天氣唔好，請確保留出額外嘅時間上堂。遲到嘅學生將唔會獲得補堂券。
所有課程都唔會退款。補堂券只係發放畀因為缺席而提供醫生證明或者透過我哋嘅 Minisport 應用程式申請附上醫療記錄嘅學生，用於未來嘅課程報名。
課堂更新同取消通知會透過 Minisport 應用程式同電郵發送。用戶亦可以喺 Minisport 應用嘅即將來臨嘅課堂頁面睇天氣政策。請注意，參與 Minisport 服務即表示你同意遵守呢啲條款同條件。
由於我哋明白家長對天氣嘅睇法有好大分別，所以我哋為喺天氣唔好嘅情況下冇後備場地嘅戶外場地設計咗3個課堂狀態。
3 個課堂狀態可以喺下面睇到，並且會喺課堂開始前至少 1 個鐘透過 Minisport 應用程序同電郵通知。
1。 天氣晴朗
情況 1 將按原定計劃進行。但係，如果出現影響課堂嘅意外天氣狀況，教練會優先考慮小朋友嘅安全，並採取必要措施確保小朋友得到庇護，然後再評估情況係咪採取相應措施。
2。選擇性出席
當可能出現不利嘅天氣條件或者持續降雨時，惡劣天氣狀態就會啟動。顯示 “ 陣雨 ” 或 “ 可能下雨 ” 嘅天氣預報唔符合體育賽事背景下惡劣天氣條件嘅標準。
喺呢種情況下，教練會喺場地，但係是否上堂係選擇性嘅。
如果上堂係選擇性嘅，咁唔上堂學生嘅家長必須透過 Minisport 應用程式喺預約課堂開始前至少20分鐘表明小朋友嘅出席狀態。家長應該
用 “ 出席 ” 按鈕嚟指定小朋友嘅出席狀態。如果唔喺20分鐘嘅時間範圍內噉樣做，將會導致冇為缺席者分配任何補堂券。
對於喺校學生嘅家長，唔需要採取任何措施，因為喺呢種情況下，默認設定為 “ 參加 ” 。
為缺席嘅課堂發放嘅補堂券有效期係28日（自缺席嘅課堂之日起）。
Minisport 保留自行決定天氣預報係咪證明申請惡劣天氣狀態係合理嘅。
Optional attendance is activated in 2 circumstances:
(a) Adverse Rain Weather: When there is a possibility of unfavourable weather conditions or sustained rainfall. Weather forecasts indicating "showers" or a "chance of rain" do not meet the criteria for adverse weather conditions in the context of sporting events.
(b) Hot Weather Warning: When the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Very Hot Weather Warning and no indoor backup venue is available for that session. In these circumstances, Minisport activates optional attendance in recognition of the increased health risk posed by outdoor physical activity in extreme heat, particularly for young children.In all optional attendance situations. Coaches will be present at the venue. Participation in class is optional.Where a Hot Weather Warning is in force, today's session will be delivered at a lower intensity, held in the shade wherever possible, and may conclude slightly earlier than scheduled at the coach's sole discretion based on the children's energy levels and conditions on the day.It is mandatory for parents of non-attending students to indicate their child's attendance status at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time via the Minisport App (My Bookings > Upcoming Class > Cancel Class). Failure to do so within the 20-minute window will result in no makeup token being allocated.For parents of attending students, no action is required as the default setting is "attending."Children with medical conditions that may be affected by heat or physical exertion in hot weather — including but not limited to asthma, cardiovascular conditions, or a history of heat sensitivity — are advised not to attend sessions held under a Hot Weather Warning.Makeup Tokens awarded for non-attended sessions are valid for 28 days from the date of the missed session.
Minisport reserves sole discretion to determine whether weather conditions justify the application of optional attendance status.
3.惡劣天氣
如果出現嚴重嘅惡劣天氣或者預報嘅惡劣天氣狀況，導致課堂取消，則適用以下條款同條件：
喺涉及嚴重惡劣天氣或預報嘅惡劣天氣嘅情況下，課堂將會被取消。
喺呢種情況下，唔會有教練喺度。家長同指定嘅監護人會透過 Minisport 應用程序通知同電郵及時收到有關取消嘅通知同更新。
所有受課堂取消影響嘅學生都會獲得補堂券。補堂券將會喺缺席嘅課堂之日起28日後過期。
Minisport 保留自行決定天氣預報係咪證明申請惡劣天氣狀態係合理嘅。
如果課堂期間落雨干擾課堂，超過課堂時間50 % （大多數情況下係25分鐘）嘅課堂將唔會獲得任何補堂券。對於持續時間尚未達到50 % （通常係25分鐘）而且我哋嘅團隊認為課堂因為落雨而無法繼續嘅課程，將會獲得該課堂嘅補堂券。
如果出現颱風 3 信號（或更高）或琥珀暴雨信號， Minisport 會根據實際情況嘅嚴重程度決定係取消課堂、允許選擇性缺席定係照常繼續課堂。
為咗保證學生嘅一致性、課堂質量同整體舒適度，我哋一直努力為大部分課堂提供室內備用場地，呢啲場地距離原本（室外）場地通常喺5-15分鐘之間。但係，呢啲場地未經預先確認，視乎供應情況而定。
對於有備用場地安排嘅課堂，我哋會透過香港 Minisport 應用程式發送通知同電郵，告知家長我哋已經啟用備用場地。
如果我哋決定啟用室內備用場地，噉學生就要去備用地點上堂，如果將場地變更作為唔上堂嘅理由，就唔會獲得任何補堂券。喺呢種情況下，只有提供醫生證明，我哋先可以為缺席嘅課堂提供補堂券。
因此，喺告知啟用備用場地嘅決定之後，家長唔需要喺課堂開始前通過香港 Minisport 應用程式修改小朋友嘅出席狀態。
我點知我嘅課堂有冇室內備用場地？
你可以透過應用程式訪問課堂頁面嘅課程描述下方，睇下你嘅課堂有冇（視乎可用性而定）備用場地。
我喺呢度申明，我嘅小朋友身體狀況良好，可以運動。佢嘅參與純屬自願，絕非 Minisport 或課程合作夥伴嘅授權。另外，我知道如果佢有任何唔舒服，甚至冇任何特殊原因，佢可以隨時叫停。喺任何情況下， Minisport 及其高級職員、員工或代理人都唔對佢喺活動期間可能遭受嘅任何傷害、死亡或財產損失承擔責任，呢啲傷害或財產損失係由佢自己嘅疏忽、健康同健康狀況唔好或意外造成嘅。Hot Weather and Heat-Related Risk: I acknowledge that outdoor physical activity in hot weather carries inherent risks, including the risk of heat-related illness. Where Minisport has issued a Hot Weather Warning notification and activated optional attendance, I confirm that my decision to bring my child to the session is made voluntarily and with full awareness of the prevailing conditions. I further confirm that my child does not have any medical condition that would make participation in outdoor physical activity in hot weather inadvisable, or that I have taken appropriate medical advice before deciding to attend.
Minisport, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any injury, death, or property loss suffered during activities where such loss is caused by the participant's own negligence, inadequacies in health and fitness, or by accident. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Minisport or its employees.In the event of a medical emergency, all staff are authorised to take appropriate actions, including calling emergency services.
