Background

Coach Vincent was born in the Philippines and raised in Hong Kong. From a young age, he has been passionate about sports and the outdoors. During high school, he was the co-captain of his basketball team and excelled in rugby, where he led his team as captain. His experience in these roles highlighted his natural leadership abilities and deep love for sports.

Currently, Coach Vincent is a university student at City University of Hong Kong, pursuing a Degree in Psychology while actively participating in sports. Vincent plays rugby for his local rugby club "Societe Generale Valley RFC" in the Premiership/Premiership A division and represents both his Country and University rugby team.'
